Turbo 11 For Sale - Advise needed

There is a tubo 2 for sale in south australia. the dealer says it has had an engine change and as such somethings such as the air con dont work as they should. It seems to have been totally resprayed and the front bumber looks kind of dodgy as you can see the original blackness coming through. the dealer also says that it was an import - where there any australian delivered? It has a bonnet scoop unlike any i have seen on this web page?!?!

I really like these cars but have relativly little experience with them and as such i ask - does any one know the history of this car (it's seems as though all the owners a pretty tight) and does $4000 sound like a reasonable price?

$4000 for a good condition city turbo2 yes, but not one with dodgy bits on it. only the honda city non-turbo was bought out in aus, and yes the honda city turbo 1/2 are imports.

for $4000 does not look to bad, try to bargain him down and you will have a little beast. the vent on the bonnet is an cold air intake for the intercooler, cool.
