Does any one know the jet sizes for the non-turbo model. I completely stripped down and rebuilt the carby with new seals, gaskets the lot and I still have a big flat spot.
Also does anyone know how to get rid of the fuel starvation when going around fast right hand corners.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks doggystyle. I guess a useless response is better than none at all. ::)

Craig, can't see that anyone would change the jets, more likely to be float level although no reason why that should be out unless someone has been playing with it. Have some info here. If you want to post an address I might be able to help you. Henry

Re: 1984 City Pro non-turbo carby question
Hi All,
I've been running my Cabriolet with standard engine (carby) for 4 yrs.
I give my car heaps, even been sideways round corners and have never experienced this "fuel starvation" you talk of.
Maybe it's something else (not sure how the fuel is sucked from the tank etc).
Cheers,
Luke.

Re: 1984 City Pro non-turbo carby question
hey
i have never had fuel starvation when going around corners as well, and i give my non-turbo city a flogging. and never had any problem with the fuel cutting out.
it might be the fuel bowl un the carby. it might be worth getting a another carby and see if thats the problem.
thanks kenny

Re: 1984 City Pro non-turbo carby question
Thanks everyone for the replies.
I know this is a turbo forum but I was sure some of you guys would know something about the carbed version.
The deal is an ex motor mechanic owned the thing and from some of the work he had done on it I could see he should have been a butcher instead.
Henry, you can PM me or my email is now visible.
Thanks again.
