Is it possible to fit 15 or 16" wheel onto the City turbo?? I ilke the picture at the top of cityturbo.com and something like that would look awesome in real life.. possible of not? How about 14"'s surely they'd fit right?
Thanks
Andy

Re: Bigger wheels
Hi Andy
I'm running 195/60 15"s on my Cabriolet, it's a close fit but they go on. I had to have the inside of the guards rolled to stop them rubbing.
Cheers
Tony ;D

Hey hey. I've seen 17x7's on a city and talked to a few people that ran them. They said that 17x7's were fine as long as you rolled the guards and ran 205 40 R17 tyres

Re: Bigger wheels
Tony, got some pics to post or email with the 15" rims?? wouldn't mind checking them out thanks..
Don't actually have a city yet but I'm just looking into my options, 15" mags won't fit into my budget yet but maybe in 6 months or so...

heya
14 inch wheels fit quite easily on a turbo 1, however they did scrub a little in the rear guards when lowered, i know of one (turbo 1) with 15 inch wheels, though it was standard ride height...
i assume 195/50 15s would be fine on a turbo 2
and yes that T2 at the top of the site does look good doesnt it
thats my photoshop-generated dream city... hope to make it real one day! ::) but mine will be Honda racing yellow
these wheels would be 16 inch i think!? maybe 17 :-/

Re: Bigger wheels
While we're posting dream cars, here's a City that's had all it's RedBull (Gives you wings, get it?); my Pikes Peak Version:
Nothing like driving a 1200hp City around Monaco It's still not quite as fast as an F-1 though.
And yes I do plan on building one

Re: Bigger wheels
Kinda looks lik that suzuki escudo in GT3? very nice.. but really with that much downforce it'd probably just make the little city go slower...
Re: Bigger wheels
Hi to all,
what is the offset of the stud pattern ???. I dont yet have a city ( But me and kenny are currently working on that.) I have a set of standard sirion Gtvi Mags and brand new tyres 14'' I also have a set of 16" five spoke mags with 195/45 16 tyres (also ment for my Daihatsu Sirion Gtvi ;D) but will they fit a City there 4 bolt stud patern and the offset is 4/100. The 16" are cool and would look cooler on a city.
