4 x 100 14" 1998 Factory Civic Rims SOLD

Have 160 series tyres on with 2/3 tread. A little high profile for the city but have had them on a Pro T running smooth. Wheels will not go to full lock due to height. Would look nice with lower pro tyres on a City. Haven't been able to upload photos. I paid $150 for them a year ago and they have be...

Re: parts for sale

What exactly are you selling?  I'm after a centre console and rear sway bar (whole set up), plus 2x window winder handles. Also, what colour seats are in it and in what condition?

Got me another city

Well...it's not turboed but I got myself a very straight and very well loked after City Pro T. Goes great!  I certainly miss the old push in the back but the NA version is quite torquey and nice to drive.  I wonder who has my old "Black Betty" now?

Re: Wtd: Honda City Turbo Brisbane Area

Check page 2 of the for sale section.  Animal Lector had a good T1 for sale a while ago.  Don't know if he sold it.  It used to be my car and is good.

Re: Honda City Turbo I Brisbane

Oh dear, my little black betty is being passed around again. Well folks, I can back up everything Andy has said. That car runs really well. I think that the hunting problem is due to the thermostat being rated at too low a temperature, but that's all. I spent a fortune getting her running well and s...

Re: temp gauge high

Run it with the thermostat out and check for bubbles coming up through the top of the radiator for signs of head gasket breach When you drained the radiator, did it flow out easily.  maybe the other part of the thermostat is in there somewhere restricting flow.  The fact that you had the boiling jug...

Re: temp gauge high

Are you losing coolant?  A leaky head gasket will cause bubbling which is visible if you take the radiator cap off.  this will be more apparent if you remove the thermostat as the thermostat has a habit of trapping the bubbles somewhat causing localised variations in temperature.  When this happens ...

My brother bought a suzuki alto RS-R from them and had it shipped to Newcastle.  Got a good price and good service. He would recommend them.
