You can swap the struts, but you definitely cannot swap the knuckles. They may bolt up, but your camber will be miiiilllleees out. There is only one way to do a 4x100 conversion on a 1st gen and thats using the EN hubs and pressing them into the EB knuckle, as documented fairly well on 1stgencivic.com

Unfortunately hes possibly a little hard to contact at the moment, ill see if i can get him to post a reply. Alternatively he probably wrote something on this ...

Is the gear on the cam broken or the gear on the oil pump shaft? The gear on the cam is part of the cam, you would have to replace the whole cam shaft if it is this one which is broken. Supposedly the cam gear and pump shaft gear are a matched pair, so you should not replace one without replacing th...

Swaps are not too bad if you are mechanically minded. If you have to pay someone else to do the work for you it could be quite expensive. The only major hurdle is converting a carburetted car to fuel injection, so you have to run a new fuel line from the back of the car. Wiring may look tricky but t...

Thats very interesting, if it is actually a VJ26 and not some funny hybrid thing. IHI RHF5 VJ26 We’re not 100 percent sure on the origin of this turbo but it appears to be from the Japanese-market Mazda Familia GT-R (essentially a STi or Evo equivalent of the Mazda’s Familia AWD turbo). The turbocha...
