best way to make that quick is to throw the motor (its not a CD6 SiR right) and install a H22A from a BB1-4 prelude or other H22A powered car.

Of course the CD6 SiR already has a H22A though

I still have a spare or two around the place even though my boost and master has been upgraded to suit the brakes.

So if it comes to it just upgrade the brakes and booster / master to suit, no more problems.

throw the lot and install tank pump and lines from the T2 parts car, then upgrade your fuel pump later when required.

theres two lines to the vac unit on the dizzy one controls the retard im sure of it.

Also what kind of stinky? if moisture stinky may pay to check that the drain tubes for the sunroof are not blocked and all the rubber plugs are in the holes in the floor or your new carpet will end up the same.

check for vacuum leaks! by the sounds of things.
