Hey guys,
Long time reader, first time poster!
I am looking to take the plunge by hoping to find a T2 in good working condition. Location isn't important (plane tickets are cheap enough), and the asking price isn't particularly important either. More important is the mechanically and exterior condition of the car.
Let me know if you have something that fits the bill, or know of one that does.
Contact can be made via PM or email on [email protected] and I will try and get back to you on same day.
Cheers guys,
Toby[/b:1keq2rw1]

Plane tickets may be cheap...
If you lived in Brissy:
Bought a car from Adelaide...
Tickets may cost $250 each way if you cant choose when to go.
There and back to check car = $500.
Transport on truck back to Brisbane: $1000.
Safety certificate?
No safety certs in SA.
You lose the interstate rego.
Pay new rego....
Maybe not so cheap.

Especially on a car worth $4k. Eg - 50%???

Hmm, really not such a helpful post unless you actually have one available I live in NSW and have bought a car from VIC before, so travel isn't a big issue. It would be ignorant to think that you could pick up the local paper and find one in your proverbial backyard. So yes, anyone with half a clue knows they have to be prepared to travel to find one of these cars, or even for just the right car for that matter.
