1983 T2 FOR SALE - REVISED, PICS ADDED!

This post has been completely revised 12/03/2006

I'm located in Melbourne and selling my T2 which I brought with me from NZ almost two years ago. It comes with all the compliance documentation. See my post here about what was done:

http://www.cityturbo.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=FAQ;action=display;num=1099212562

The little dent mentioned in the above post remains (shown below). The window washer spray doesn't work properly (probably just a hose - motor still runs but only a trickle comes out). It needs new brake pads and the ball joints need to be replaced/reconditioned but other than that it runs very well. It is in all original condition (even the speed warning still works) except: some plastic underneath the dash in the center has been cut out to fit a Pioneer CD player and the door panels have been cut to fit 6X9 Kenwood speakers. There is also a turbo timer fitted. Included is a removable & lockable rear shelf I made for it which holds another two forward facing 6X9's (speakers shown not included though.) The front 6X9's and CD player are included.

It is white and has the original white Italian "Utmosty" (?) wheels on it, a little bit of paint coming off them in places.

It was serviced a few months ago and just had the accelerator cable replaced. I have not had any other problems with him. Registered until October 2006, TBY-547. (Hence the 'him', his name is TOBY).  ;D

I would like to get $3000 for him but all offers will be considered - make me one!

Can arrange inspection/test drive for anyone with serious interest, just message me and we'll work something out.

Anything else you want to know let me know.

Pics below.

Will be listed on eBay soon.

The rego is actually good until the 6th of October.

Should also mention that I have always put BP Ultimate (and lead replacement) in it since it got to Australia.

Dont need to bother with lead replacement, all honda engines run hardened valve seats so didn't need the lead. :)
