just wondering,

do they make lowered springs for the city turbos?
can they be mated to factory shocks?
what brands and companies make them?

any experiences? ups and downs?

Mate, you really gotta start using the 'SEARCH' function before you post, a lot of the stuff you are asking has been talked about quite extensively.

We realise you were'nt around at the time, but it becomes a little annoying for the rest of us when the forum gets filled with topics that have been covered many times before..

So please SEARCH FIRST! then if you cant find what you are looking for, start a new topic and maybe state that you have tried searching..
