Sender is by the dipstick on the front of the engine, has a single wire going to it.

If I was a betting man Id put money on that engine being about as good at propelling a car as a boat anchor after being run for a week with low oil pressure.

bayar

engine might be OK

this car is going to be my first to try and learn how things inside it work. as i mentioned before there is no sparks. how do i know if it is the distributor or the coil? is there a way to check them out before i pull them out and replace? can ignition module be a problem? how does the power get to the coil, is there a fuse or relay that may stop power getting to the ignition coil? thank you in advance.
