can only be two things no fuel or no spark,if you have either a weak injector, sparkplug and or sparkplug lead you will have this loss, chuck a new set of leads+plugs on test you injector if you can, also check you dizzy cap as it may have a crack in it as well.

hope this helps ya out

not to shure on testing an injector but if im worng someone will ay so im shure,id put a screwdriver on the injector while the car is runing and see if its "ticking"/firing youll know the sound if you hear the sound on one of the other ones that do go ect, failing that swap it for another one im not shure if you can remove the rail and test that way, other thing you say is has new plugs ect ok faair comment but have you checked that lead/plug for a spark? it is common to get a bad batch of plugs/leads and in this case if ao is a very simple fix you just need to go thrw everything and work out whats what

may pay to go thrw the fourm and search "misfiring" ect as this may turn up some ways of testing?

cheers.

Yup, hes pretty much covered everything :) For it to fire it has to have spark and has to have fuel.

One more thing if you get really stuck, pull the rocker cover off and have a look at the cam. Its possible the CVCC lobe could be worn to the point of not actually opening the valve any more.

On that note, check your tappet clearances too.
