I'm trying to undo the front hub nut on an 86 N/A, to change a wheel bearing, with out much success.
It's bloody tight. It doesn't seem to have been undone since new and has been punched into the spline and onto the thread.
Has anyone struck this before and have a solution?
Cheers, Graeme.
Front hub nuts????

Cheers, I'd pretty much started heading down that track and am getting hold of a 3/4 drive and a bigger pipe.
The next question will be the best approach to get the old bearing out? I'm presuming that they come out quite easily once the cir-clip is removed. That's going by the drawing in this thread,
