Interesting Head Bolt Markings

Hey Guys,
Anybody ever seen this before on their head bolts? on either a City or another vehicle?
I'd taken out the bolt because it wasn't torquing up correctly and this is what i have noticed, where the 2 threads meet it seems to have been rubbing on extra thread?
I assume this is the factory standard bolt as nobody else would make a bolt this crazy
