Door latch "noise eliminator"?

Hi all. I'm after a Honda City VF (1984) right door latch assembly. Specifically I need the black plastic part that makes contact with the striker at the first "click" of the door. I think it might be called a "noise eliminator"?

I bought the car knowing you had to slam the door to shut it, thinking all I'd need to do was adjust something. For now I've made a dodgy fix using a plastic wall plug however it still needs some force to close the door and I don't know how long it will last.

Would love to hear if anyone has any experience or suggestions.

Hmm... can you not adjust the striker a bit more outward?
