Head Torque Sequence

Hi everyone,
I've been looking around for a while now trying to find the torque sequence for the head bolts (what order to put them in) but haven't had much luck. Any help would be much appreciated

There is likely some information here on the forum but i can't be bothered looking however just work centre out for tightening & outside in for loosening, that's common practice for most engines. Also do it in 3 steps (20mn, 40mn, 60mn as an example)
