Turbo or rebuild kit?

Does anybody know where to get a new turbo for a T1 in Oz?  
Can you get rebuild kits? ...... second hand turbos?
About how much is each of these options?  
Any advice is appreciated.

Yo Crooky,
As I'm in NZ, I don't the details of stuff over there. After getting my T2 unit rebuilt, it's not the sort of thing you'd want to tackle yourself unless you're very experienced, brave or stupid!  :-/ Even if you did manage to get the old unit off and split apart, would you know where the problem is by looking at it and what to replace? If you managed all that, could you chaeck everything is correctly balanced if parts were replaced? Given the speed they spin at, getting this wrong would be disasterous!! :'(
If you know your stuff, great! But I also figure if you know all these things, you would know where to get parts or be able to machine or repair the original bits.
If not, it's going to cause endless grief and sleepless nights!!  :-/

Take it to a specialist if you're not sure!  :)
