Setting timing

Hey guys, I'm trying to set the timing in my girlfriends 86 non turbo City, what do I line the pointer up with? are there marks on the crank pulley like my XSi?
Some pics would be great  :)

The marks are on the flywheel, there is a square rubber plug in the front of the flywheel housing,(or a square hole where it used to be) You shouldn't have any trouble, a bit of white will make it easier to see.  Henry

looking down at the hole on the right hand side is a pointed bit to line the flywheel marks up with
