Rebuild KIT Numbers

Hey guys.

I mentioned that I had complete seal rebuild kits for the city ER turbo motors, I finaly remembered to grab the numbers of the kits here they go...

There Permaseal Kits
The first one is
Part Number V2028KC
Valve Regrind Set - Honda ER-5
Second set is
Part Number EN241
Conversion Set - Honda ER

They look like there made by
NZ Gaskets Limited
25 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland
New Zealand.

and...

Engine Bearings.

NDG Bearings
the code on the sticker has..
c8 - Honda - EE
CB-1134GP STD

I can just see the nice new valve stem seals etc sitting in the packet right now
Im just about to crack into it and rebuild one of my turbo motors now, so I will see how it goes!

I hope this might help some of you guys out there anyway!

hey

are they standard or over size. are the bearings the mains or bigend?
as my dad wants to grind the crank and we need over size bearings, the place we are taking it to get ground cant find they as they are an import.

There are the main bearings sorry, and they have the STD bit after them so i guess there standard.
but maybe they do a different set?
