Hey! im Michael, and ive always loved the little asymetric fronted honda city. soft spot for lots of Kei cars.
Ive come across a few, but never bought one either due to a lack of funds, or as is more often the case, lack of time to work on all of the projects at hand.
So anyway, i aged recently, and as a birthday gift, my girlfriend and best buddy both surprised with this
my next project!
Only a Pro T, so no turbo. 5 speed, and van style body, though came with some rear seats.
Since its not already turbo, ive lined up a d15 sohc vti civic motor, shouldnt be too much trouble to squeeze in.
It seems parts for these things are scarce, so i dont like my chances of finding too much, but ill keep hunting.

Re: MKYD
Hey Another Michael Welcome. Parts aren't *too* hard to find, tho good idea is to buy another Complete City. Whereabouts are you? - I've recently made a facebook page of my City's that may be of interest/help to you.

Re: MKYD
Anthrax, I think I liked your page recently.
I'm in Melbourne. I'm on the hunt for t2 front guards and bumpers,
otherwise gonna have to get creative.
Currently looking into making my unofficial car club into a legitimate one so that I can get club reg for it.
Although the new rules for Rwc under club reg come in soon, so I suspect I'll still get reamed for the ways I intend to modify this thing, so i have to be able to revert to rwc mode without too much hassle.

Re: xmkydx
I've heard that T2 bumpers are very hard to find, & most have been cut to suit big Intercoolers etc. What ideas have you for front quarter panels etc? If you found T2 front panels you'll still need something to go on the back. I've just today been thinking of Lexan or Polycarb copies of the T2 front quarter panels...being a small car it could work..I have some T2 units I could use as moulds..
Re: xmkydx
Some one just posted up about new t2 bumpers being made to order in Japan. But cost a pretty penny.

Re: xmkydx
Found a Fiberglass place here that can make copies of my T2 front Quarters...need to take them in so they can inspect & quote etc. Could be a decent little seller for folks with T1's etc that wanna make T2 clones.

Re: xmkydx
id buy a pair of fibreglass front fenders, although im looking at doing a sharknose so will likely end up cutting and welding the current ones.
Progress on the city so far include
Moving it slightly to the left in the car port to get all the other cars past it.
Picked up the D16y1 to drop in when i have some time.
