WTB Drivers side window assembly for T1 (or T2 if similar)

Hi All,

Rebuilding my T1 and pulled apart the drivers door to figure out why the window doesn't wind to find that the little gear has lost all its teeth.

So after another one in working condition, don't need the glass, just the winding assembly.

Preferably in Perth otherwise i may be willing to pay for postage, pending cost.

(P.S. also looking for various other T1 parts as i rebuild, main issue is rust, so if anyone has a spare rear hatch with minimal/ no rust, please contact me).

Still after the window winder if anyone has one. Or does anybody know of a wreckers in Perth that might have one?

Yeah, from what i can gather, t1, t2 and n/a city's will all be compatible for what i'm after (both window mechanism and rear hatch).

I'm just struggling to find anyone with parts at all

I did, but he wanted $200 for the rear hatch, which was out of my budget (i mean, my car cost me $200...)

So i asked if it could be lower (i found a wrecker in VIC willing to sell one for $120, but freight makes it too expensive) and he stopped replying

Hence, i'm still in the market for these pieces.

i have 2 drivers doors, and a rear door (no rust). If youre interested we can talk about price etc. I know its a long haul to get the stuff to perth, so i will take it into consideration.
