Project Turbo 2

Hi. first off great site. I live in New Zealand, and am starting to build a turbo 2 with a mitsi evo 3 engine (after front extension) with 4x4 conversion. all sorted. any useful ideas?  ??? i just want it to hit the late 11's on the 1/4 mile. ideas, encouragement, abuse... all welcome. cheers

I was going to be happy with low 13s,  but mine will also be a show machine. Extending the front is going to make it look different eh!
How much of an Evo engine could fit in the standard bay if the firewall was moved? Maybe you could mount the radiator in the buldge on top of the bonnet to save space. It would then dissapate more heat sitting on the line waiting to cream some poor mug. The fan could made to push and should flow hot air up. Of course it rises anyway, so as long as the fast air hit the lip of the buldge first, it should flow pretty well when you're running!!
Well that's my inspirational idea for the day.... ::)
